The application instance and its database are hosted on servers located in the European Union, in accordance with GDPR requirements (see the privacy policy).
All components of the CRM software (source code, structure, database, visual identity, texts, logos) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and database rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, display, modification or extraction is prohibited.
Data entered by the Customer while using the Service (customers, quotes, contacts, reports and so on) remains the exclusive property of the Customer — see the general terms and the data processing agreement.
The publisher endeavours to keep the information provided through the Service accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is entirely free of error. The publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the Service, in particular temporary unavailability, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, save where fault on its part is proven.
The Service uses only a session cookie that is strictly necessary for authentication (no advertising purpose, no third-party analytics). Under the applicable regulations this cookie does not require prior consent (“strictly necessary cookies” exemption). Further detail is given in the privacy policy.
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule of public policy provides otherwise.
